Stingers Rummage Sale Reminder
The Stingers' Annual Rummage Sale will be held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, June 13-15 at the nature center. A special "members only" pre-sale will take place Saturday, June 8.
ITEMS ARE NEEDED! The Stingers are accepting items until June 9 during our regular open hours, Tuesday through Sunday, 9:00-5:00. Donations may include clean clothing, household goods, toys, tools, and other items. We cannot accept appliances, television sets, computer equipment, or building materials.
All revenue generated by the rummage sale directly benefits the nature center by helping us fulfill our mission to provide high quality environmental education and to effectively manage our woods, fields, and ponds.
Phase 2 of our new boardwalk was completed in November. Phase 3, currently underway, will include adding curbs along the boardwalk and a chain at the end of the teaching platform, but the boardwalk is now open for foot traffic. Enjoy!
