Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Education #3

Come experience Seven Ponds like never before, on a Stand Up Paddle board! This SUP class will be packed with information for beginners through advanced paddlers. Our class will begin on land learning the proper stroke before we even get on the board. We will also cover all equipment and safety. Your instructor, Mary Radtke, is a four-time Midwest Stand Up Paddle champion and has been teaching SUP for 10+ years. 
13 years and older are welcome. All equipment is included.
